Hello Ciprian, In response to your question, you should not have any issues with your entry, as you have only let your FMM expire on one occasion. However, please keep in mind that immigration agents have the discretion to determine your entry into the country. I have been for the first time last year in December 2023 in Mexico and I thought I’ll be allowed straight away 180 which didn’t happen and I found about rhe stamp they put in my passport with few days before to leave on 8 Feb 2024 which I been allowed only 20 days,from my research that means I’ve overstayed

My question it is :: Will I have any trouble when I’ll try to get back to Mexico or will I be denied entry because of this??

I never went to the Aduana to update my TIP status and was not too concerned because we don’t need it here. Now that I am trying to plan the return of my vehicle to the USA, I need some clarification as to if I need to cancel the old TIP and get a new one to drive across the country. I keep seeing that if I am here legally so is my car, but I don’t want to chance it.

However on my return to the UK, hospital doctors discovered from more x rays and ct scans that the metalwork was protruding into my wrist joint and the metalwork would have to be removed before 3 months as it was causing nerve damage. I had further surgery and it is stated on My medical records ‘ malposition of metalwork’ I was told I could pursue a claim for the pain and suffering and loss of earnings but would need to go through a Mexican lawyer. Please cold you help me ?
